Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Provide in person and online library users with on-demand guidance on the discovery and optimal use of information resources and library services
- Meet with and provide extended on-on-one research support, upon request by students, faculty or staff
- Assist in handling library service desk operations such as borrowing transactions for tangible library resources
- Oversee library user behavior to help assure user understanding of and compliance with library and university safe conduct policies
- Provide classroom instruction on library research skills, either in person or online through videoconferencing tools such as Teams and Zoom
