Then consider joining the progressive Pueblo City-County Library District as a Librarian on one of our outstanding branch teams. You will have the opportunity to positively serve our patron population of all ages, with an emphasis on children’s and youth programming and services. This position will be responsible for the creative preparation and delivery of story times for children, the provision of reference, readers’ advisory and other library services to patrons as well as circulation support activities. If selected, you will have the responsibility to continue the tradition of outstanding programming for children and youth and will be involved with outreach activities on behalf of the branch and Library District. Some library experience is preferred as well as previous working experience with children and youth. Outstanding communication skills, a positive customer service attitude and the ability to connect and communicate with children and patrons of all ages are critical.
