Librarian Part-Time – Pawtucket Public Library
The Pawtucket Public Library is looking for a part-time Librarian who has a strong service oriented philosophy to work in a busy public library that serves a multi-ethnic community. The Librarian will work in the Adult Services department answering reference questions and overseeing the Library’s digital services.
Minimum Requirements: A Master of Library Science degree from an ALA accredited institution. Successful candidate must have knowledge of current technological applications for information access and ability to utilize these resources with a high degree of accuracy and proficiency.
Salary Range: $31.03 -$33.60 per hour in three steps
Benefits: vacation, sick leave and city holidays
Hours: 19 hours per week, Monday and Wednesday 3 pm to 9 pm and alternate Friday/Saturday 9 am to 5 pm.
