UO Libraries is seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking, and customer-focused individual to join the Research, Instruction, and Access Services Division as the next Resource Sharing Manager. We are seeking a candidate who embraces change and innovation, is eager to welcome a challenge, and has experience in libraries and supervision. The Resource Sharing Manager collaborates with fellow members of the departmental management team to provide administration and management of the Resource Sharing unit in Knight Library. Responsibilities include providing functional and strategic leadership to meet the changing service needs of UO Libraries’ customers; managing 3.5 FTE non-exempt, represented employees and approximately 2.0 FTE part-time library student assistants; and serving as UO Libraries’ technical lead for Resource Sharing-related technology and operations.
