Librarian Part-Time – Pawtucket Public Library
The Pawtucket Public Library is looking for a part-time Librarian who has a strong service oriented philosophy to work in a busy public library that serves a multi-ethnic community. The Librarian will work in the Adult Services department answering reference questions and overseeing the Library’s digital services.
Minimum Requirements: A Master of Library Science degree from an ALA accredited institution by the start date. Successful candidate must have knowledge of current technological applications for information access and ability to utilize these resources with a high degree of accuracy and proficiency.
Salary Range: $31.03 -$33.60 per hour in three steps
Benefits: vacation, sick leave and city holidays
Hours: 19 hours per week, Monday and Wednesday 3 pm to 9 pm and alternate Friday/Saturday 9 am to 5 pm.
