
The Director of Resource Description Services is a member of the UO Libraries’ Leadership Team with broad responsibilities for ensuring UO’s educational mission, academic priorities, research agenda, and diverse campus community are supported at the highest level with scholarly resources. Working collaboratively with other UO Libraries leaders, this position is responsible for the overall vision, leadership, administration, and coordination of departmental business, including planning, developing, interpreting, and implementing system-wide policies and procedures for cataloging and metadata services.
