Under the direction of the Library’s Board of Trustees, the Chief Executive Officer provides strategic, visionary and inspirational leadership for Cuyahoga County Public Library. They are responsible for leading the organization toward achieving the Library’s vision, mission, goals and strategic initiatives by providing highly responsible guidance, direction and support to the Library Board and staff to develop long- term plans and direction for the Library.
The Chief Executive Officer functions with a maximum degree of latitude for independent action within the scope of the policy framework set by the Board of Trustees.
The Library will offer an attractive and competitive salary, negotiable from $220,000 commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
