Job Description
Under the direction of the Youth Services Coordinator, the Teen Services Librarian is responsible for providing library services to teens and tweens in grades 4-12 (ages 9-19). The Teen Services Librarian is responsible for planning, promoting, and implementing programs and services for middle and high school students, upper elementary school students, parents, and teachers. Working primarily at the Weaver Library children’s room, the Teen Services Librarian occasionally covers the reference desk and fills in at the Riverside Branch Library and Fuller Creative Learning Center as needed.
