Job Description
The Boston Public Library is seeking to fill the Digital Systems Administrator IV position in its Digital Services Department. The successful candidate will plan, implement and maintain the Boston Public Library's digital asset management system. They will be responsible for maintaining data related to digital materials, managing the digital repository and planning for user access to BPL's digital collections. The Digital Systems Administrator is a member of the Digital Library Program team. The nature of digital work is transitional and involves continuing existing processes and participating in the introduction and deployment of new systems and procedures. As changes are introduced, the mix of responsibilities may shift accordingly.
