Job Description
The Arapahoe Community College’s Director of Library (Learning Commons) directs services and coordinates planning, hiring staff, purchasing external information resources and advancement of Learning Commons services. The Learning Commons plan includes a one stop Tutoring Services, Professional Development and reconfigured student space in the area formerly occupied solely by the library. Each service reports to their respective administrative departments, but works collaboratively to directly benefit the student. The Library Director is expected to provide strategic direction for the implementation of a successful Learning Commons.

Arapahoe Community College has 10,000 students and is a state community college. There are 100 full time and 300 part-time faculty.
