Job Description
The Cataloging Module Product Manager is responsible for managing the development, implementation, and support of the ITS International module and support of the ITS for CARL module. The person filling this position will work closely with TLC/CARL staff, as well as working directly with customers.

• Proficient in Windows and internet technology, with strong analytical and problem solving capabilities • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Ability to communicate in support of varied needs (ie technical staff and end users) • Ability to effectively represent The Library Corporation to groups in a training or consultant role • Excellent troubleshooting skills • Able to work both independently and in a team environment • Able to reprioritize work based on changing circumstances • Adept at managing tasks in a time constrained environment, seldom requiring direct supervision • Capable of identifying and coordinating with appropriate staff to resolve issues • Some travel required.

• Research and develop functional specifications for interface enhancements based on customer specifications • Provides 2nd tier support and diagnostics to existing customers • Report and track bug issues identified by staff and customers • Lead role in QA of cataloging module • Write user training, reference documentation, and QA test scripts • Provide training to new and existing customers • Assist in product demonstrations and User’s Group presentations
