Job Description
Develops and implements customer-oriented goals, objectives, standards, and policies/procedures; serves as a member of the administrative group; oversees the overall coordination and communication of Customer Service Department activities; and provides leadership in the library as well as services to the university community.
Salary: Commensurate with experience

Human ResourcesRequirements: Masters degree from an ALA accredited program or foreign equivalent and two (2) years supervisory experience. Two (2) years of experience working directly in interlibrary loan or circulation services (can be concurrent). Experience with current trends in resource sharing and using ILLiad software. Experience with technologies and systems supporting request and delivery of library materials. Other: Record of positions with demonstrated management success and organizational development.
