Job Description
Provide vision, leadership and management for the Front Range Community College operations of the College Hill Library, an innovative joint use library shared by Front Range Community College and the City of Westminster. The college segment of the library includes a staff of 8 plus several temporary employees. Coordinate services with Westminster library staff to ensure that students, staff and public patrons are served effectively and library costs and services are allocated appropriately between the city and the college. Work regularly with college faculty and staff to ensure that the library effectively supports college programs. Staff reference desk, circulation and library instruction approximately 20 hours per week including evenings and weekends. Perform other duties as assigned.

Thorough knowledge of business practices and policies including budgeting and planning. Thorough knowledge of management and supervisory practices and principles. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, faculty, staff, students and the community. PREFERRED: Management and supervisory experience.
