Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or related field preferred. Advanced, proven experience with PHP, MySQL, CSS, XHTML, ASP.NET, Visual Basic, VBScript, HTML and graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Strong demonstrated background in Microsoft Suite (Access, Word and Excel). Experience with SQL Server database configuration. Advanced, proven experience in the design and maintenance of web-based communications and network tools including, blogs, wikis and other social media applications. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to utilize project management skills and work at a high level of attention to detail.
