The Whatcom County Library System (WCLS) seeks a forward-thinking Online Experience Coordinator to coordinate the WCLS website, social media platforms and online collections to improve customer satisfaction with online services and increase use of digital collections. Requires advanced degree in related subject area such as Library and Information Science, Computer Science, Cognitive Psychology or Marketing, and three or more years’ relevant experience. You have superior customer service and communication skills and the ability to represent WCLS and in a professional manner at all times. You have demonstrable knowledge of Web design, content-management systems, web publishing software and best practices for online services, and major social medial platforms. Requires the ability to speak, understand, and write English clearly and concisely.
