This full time Branch Manager position is responsible for:

Managing and participating in all daily service and support operations within the branch

Managing branch staff, including supervising, hiring, discipline, performance reviews, scheduling and training

Developing and leading a high performance work team through customer service strategies, departmental goals, and program planning

Evaluating and interpreting library policies and procedures for staff and the public; resolves patron issues in a positive, friendly manner

Working with city, school, cultural and community groups to promote library services

Budget and grant writing
-
Participating on the MLD leadership team
Rate of Pay: Competitive annual salary DOE
