Job Description
BCR, the nation’s oldest and most established multistate library cooperative, is seeking a high-energy, experienced executive assistant to provide administrative support to the Executive Director and other managers.
Primary responsibilities include providing clerical support, creating presentation materials, editing contracts, organizing and maintaining print and digital contract files, coordinating meetings with national and international attendees, conducting research on library related topics, managing the Executive Director’s calendar and handling travel arrangements for managers.

• Excellent knowledge of and skill using Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Strong organizational skills with high level of accuracy.
• Ability to conduct basic research on the Internet.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
