Job Description
Implements the automated performance measurement system for the Library’s Balanced Scorecard. Consults with superiors to implement policy and procedures to provide a specialized performance measurement process for strategic, operating, financial and employee growth objectives. Provides guidance in the identification and development of measures, targets and initiatives. Oversees Balanced Scorecard data collection, process improvement and reporting tools. Assists Director of Finance and Planning in linking Balanced Scorecard with incentives and budgeting. Evaluates and assists in implementing computer applications needed to automate performance measurement tracking and solutions. Manages projects and timelines, develops management reports and provides analysis that inform management decisions. Recommends changes to process based on specialized areas including Balance Scorecard by researching within the realm of the specialized assignment.
Additional Info & Requirements
Three to five years experience in data collection and analysis, business system analysis, business intelligence, organizational development or performance management. Significant experience working with software applications in a large organization in which communication and training are important components of the project.
