Job Description
The Head Librarian reports directly to the Board of Trustees and is responsible for daily library operations and supervision of personnel, programming and service to the public. Candidates should be knowledgeable in contemporary library technology and possess management, communication, organizational, decision-making and public relations skills.

Qualifications for the position are a Masters Degree from an accredited school of librarian ship and a minimum of three years of public library experience in a supervisory capacity. Salary is based on education and experience.
