The Whatcom County Library System (WCLS) seeks an enthusiastic Learning Coordinator who is passionate about learning and staff development to support an inclusive environment that attracts and develops innovative and motivated people from all backgrounds. The Learning Coordinator manages, develops, and implements training and continuing education programs to provide, support, and guide core skills, professional development, and leadership abilities for approximately 160 library staff system-wide, covering 11 locations across Whatcom County, with special emphasis on new employee training. Requires Bachelor’s degree in related field and 5 or more years’ relevant library experience, with demonstrated success in learning and development, program delivery, and project management.
