Job Description
CLiC is hiring an Office Manager to provide a variety of services to member libraries and CLiC staff. This position is located in the Centennial, CO office and requires a standard Monday – Friday work schedule. The Office Manager is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Colorado Courier, managing accounts receivable and payable, and providing general office support to staff.
Qualified candidates must be highly organized and able to work on a variety of projects at any given time. Highly defined customer service skills and attention to detail are critical to the success of this position. Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills are required to do the job effectively.
The position requires a high school diploma, some college course work, and three or more years of progressive working experience in a library, school, or office setting. The candidate must have experience using a financial management system such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
