SUMMARY
Plans, directs, and integrates the operations of a comprehensive, full service library that serves the community as well as outlying areas under the supervision of the Community Development Executive Director. Organizes, develops, and directs a library staff engaged in customer services activities such as circulation, reference, computer labs, inter-library lending, and technical activities such as collection development.
