Duties and Responsibilities: Creates positive experiences for library customers by performing professional library work including reference service, reader and media advisory, and collection maintenance. Staffs a busy reference desk, serving a diverse clientele of all ages. Promotes community outreach and programming. Communicates effectively about issues and initiatives with customers, coworkers, and administration.
