1. Works approximately 20 hours per week at the Information, Reference and Telephone service desks providing patron assistance through material searches, information research, and community referrals.
2. Works 5 to 10 hours per week coordinating the public computer classes offered at Penrose Library. Works with staff on the public computer class team, attends meetings, teaches classes, compiles and prints schedules as handouts for the public, analyzes class offerings and public demand, and makes adjustments as needed.
