Major Duties and Responsibilities:
25% - TRAINING COORDINATION – Identifies subject matter experts, reviews and approves content, reserves training location, sets up and tears down training sessions, coordinates registration through a Learning Management System, confirms registration, promotes training events via employee newsletter, evaluates effectiveness of training, and prepares materials for trainer in order to coordinate training.
